Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sahiwal conducts the annual and supplementary exams of SSC and HSSC classes in the districts of Sahiwal, Okara and Pakpattan. These matric and intermediate annual and supplementary exams are taken from the regular and private candidates of these districts.

The 9th and 10th class annual exams are organized by Sahiwal Board in the months of March and April while the supplementary exams of these classes are held couple of months after the result announcement of annual exams by BISE Sahiwal. The roll number slips of 9th and 10th class annual exams are issued by the board around the month of February while roll number slips of supplementary exams are issued around one month before the start of 9th and 10th class supplementary exams. The roll number slips of written and practical exams are also issued separately.

The HSSC part 1 & 2 annual written and practical exams are held in the months of May and June while their roll number slips are issued couple of months earlier than the start of these exams. After one month of the announcement of result of annual exams of 11th and 12th class, the BISE Sahiwal issues roll number slips of supplementary exams for the failed students which are held two months after result announcement.
