Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sahiwal has the authority to conduct SSC and HSSC level annual and supply exams in the district of Sahiwal and its nearby districts. Every year, thousands of regular and private students participate in the matric and intermediate level exams under Sahiwal Board.
