Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sahiwal is an important educational board of Punjab which organizes annual and supply exams of SSC and HSSC classes in Sahiwal and its adjacent areas. All the public and private institutes in these areas are affiliated with the Sahiwal Board and thousands of students from these institutes and also many private students take part in the matric and intermediate exams under BISE Sahiwal every year. Like all the other boards of Punjab, Sahiwal Board also organizes the exams according to a regular schedule. March and April are the months of matric exams while intermediate exams are held in the months of May and June.
